About Dr. Jane Ilene Cohen

Jane Ilene Cohen, Ph.D., was originally from Chicago, Illinois, growing up in Highland Park. She was in the Peace Corps in Peru in the 60’s and has lived in Southern California since 1971. She lived in a spiritual community for 22 years, beginning in 1971. 

Dr. Jane She was the founder of the Conscious Healing Network and a Master Life Teacher at the Panacea School of Life. Dr. Jane was also a Relationship and Spirituality Expert Panelist for the Living Consciously TV show for 2 years, which originated out of Denver, Colorado. (See video clips below.)

Dr. Jane received her Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnotherapy Master Practitioners Certifications from Dr. Tad James. She holds a Masters degree in Metaphysical Sciences and a Doctorate degree in Transpersonal Counseling, as well as, being certified as a non-denominational Minister, through the University of Metaphysical Sciences.

Her articles (as well as poems) have been published in “The Light Connection,” “Vision Magazine,” “Awareness Magazine,” “San Diego Bride & Groom,” “SpiralMuse,” The Heart of a Woman, The Heart of a Mother, The Heart of the Holidays, and The Heart of a Woman in Business (anthologies compiled by Sheryl Roush), EzineArticles.com, and Selfgrowth.com.  Dr. Jane received an Award of Excellence from Mo Bailey and Write4Good Communications for her article “Sexual Energy: Reality versus Illusion.”

Dr. Jane is also the Founder of the Life Is Designed to Work thought system, which is the foundation of all of the work she does. She has just release a book describing this thought system. Dr. Jane’s practice is in San Diego, CA, although currently all her sessions are on-line. This enables her to work with people all over San Diego County (such as Oceanside, Escondido, Del Mar, La Jolla, La Mesa…), out-of-town, and globally.
